I am presuming that this is for a scale model but the Panzer Kampfwagen II saw little action in WWII (in favour of the Panzer III) but it was used in North Africa, so desert scheme would be applicable however there are many variations on the field grey color scheme found througout Nazi tanks, including that with hints of a deep forest green. The democratics color is blue because in 2000president election Gore used blue lawn sins and Bush used red. So after that the democartics color is blue and the republicans color is red.
