Well what you can do is go to Party City and buy just a plain non-decorated hat and just grab one of your dad's old ties and tie that around the hat and all you have to do is grab a tiara or something and just put a few slots and that will not make the tiara not slip and then you have your hat already done and also you can make it early so the night before you have to wear the hat you don't have to make it.
