The specialize in offering noodles and pastas from a variety of cultural backgrounds, such as American Mac and Cheese and Thai noodles. Their menu style is based on "Fusion Cuisine", which blends many types of cuisine under one roof.
I believe it would be the use of the spices that is influenced by China. Also the various use of noodles in the cuisine.
