Dancing is based on school terms.. There are dance 'schools' And you attend dance 'classes' You have a dance uniform ect.. You have yearly exams, once you pass you go onto the next grade.. all based on a school background. The person who teaches your classes is called your Dance teacher, But the 'Boss' (Im presuming you mean the head of the whole dance school) Is called the school principle. Again just like school :)

It's perfect for little kids too. They have tiny tot classes. It's located in Southampton, Massachusetts near Big Y so if you want to take dance classes then go to HSPA(hackworth's initials)
