A small 86 HP 2.3L 4-cylinder diesel engine was offered through 1987 on Bronco II's. Bronco II's were made from 1984 to 1990. so if you find this engine it should fit your Bronco II. There is the FULL SIZE BRONCO and then the Bronco II ( the Bronco II is smaller , eventually replaced by the Ford Explorer)
Regular oil You most likely have a FM-145 or FM-146. Use Sae 80w in your manual tranny.
