Regular oil You most likely have a FM-145 or FM-146. Use Sae 80w in your manual tranny.

It will take gear oil found at any automotive store, make sure it is manual tranny oil and not automatic tranny fluid. Check your owners manual and it should tell you what viscosity (weight ,or thickness) the factory recommends to get (example) 80w or 90w. If you don't have an owners manual, pickup a repair manual for your car, which will tell you just about everything about your car.

In a Manual transmissions, 85w90 GL4 oil, NOT -GL-5-. I guess the GL-5 has Additives that will corrode the older bugs tranny bearings. You should buy the Bently manual.
Use Dextron III ATF, but be sure not to overfill the tranny.
