The dealer is installing Mobil 1 0W40 on my 98 E320. Answer 2: I was a Mercedes mechanic. I don't like multiviscosity oils. I use Valvoline 40W in my 1998 E320 wagon. I live in LA and the car has 140,000 miles on it. My previous car was a 1987 240 DL Volvo I gave away after it had 315,000 mmhkbhj,g
