Try to avoid really sticky, chewy foods that will get stuck in your braces and more softer foods like soup, mashes potatoes, noodles, pudding, icecream, VERY soft fish (for extra protine), rice, etc. You REALLY want to stick to this list when you first get your braces on and it starts to hurt. But if you end up having icecream and pudding all day try to get that protine from freshly cooked fish or something if you can.

It is generally not recommended to eat hard foods like seeds with braces as they can damage the wires and brackets of the braces. It is better to avoid eating seeds or to consume them in a form that is easier on the braces, such as ground into a paste or butter.
Yes a bit, your jaw will start to ache a bit after you get you braces, and you might not be able to eat hard foods for a few days but it will get better after about a week..x
Yes, you can eat Reese's Cups when you have braces, but it's important to be cautious. The chocolate itself is generally fine, but the peanut butter filling can be sticky and may get stuck in your braces. It's best to eat them in moderation and consider cutting them into smaller pieces to reduce the risk of damage to your braces. Always follow your orthodontist's recommendations for specific foods to avoid.
