well, maybe a murder mystery? or you could do a dance off or something?
Being a "preteen" i like just dances
person 2: well you can also do the really geeky old games like bobbing for apples! Also you can take a bunch of bowl, fill them with layers of oreo crumbs and chocolate pudding, then all through it put maybe 20 little candy bones. then let people ( each in heir own bowl!) smoosh their face around in it trying to get all of the little candy bones out without using their hands. if you count how many you put in before hand you can
A. make it a contest to see who can find the most in 1 minute
B. make it a race to see who can get all of them out first!
( if you don't get how this is halloweenish, it's a graveyard!)
person3: Um, when I was a preteen having Halloween parties (I really can't remember everything we did, and it was only a few years ago!) We used to do eyeball bobbing. Sounds gross right? Anyway, you get a huge tub of water and buy lots of pingpong balls, then you use a perminant marker to make the pingpong balls look like eyes. You have a one minute time limit, and whoever gets the most eye balls with out using their hands and only using their mouth wins. The other game is: 'Do you Believe me.' Basically you blindfold everyone and sit them on chairs. You tell a story of a man named Thomas, who's body parts misteriously apeared in your backyard. (You can make it scarier by telling a longer story and using sound effects like screams if you want) Then when you're done, you say things like "The first thing that was dug up was his intestines, do you believe me? Hold out your hands and touch them." And then you pass around a handfull of cold, cooked spaghetti that has been soaked in oil to make it slimy. Don't tell them what it actually is and it will really freak them out. Ask: "Do you believe me?" for everything you pass around. For skin: oily plastic. For eyes: Lychees or large grapes. For teeth: Un-popped corn. For ears: Dried apricots. For hands: Sand filled gloves. For hair: Damp oily hair (cut it off a cheap wig and soak it in oil.) For a brain: Use peeled oily orange. (One year what we actually used for a brain was actual cheap meat from the butcher. I think it was actually a lambs brain. Then I said "Do you believe me? Open your eyes." then the last person in the line was actually holding a brain and everyone realised they had touched it!
Hope that helps:)

One common game is dunking or apple bobbing, in which apples float in a tub or a large basin of water and the participants must use their teeth to remove an apple from the basin. A variant of dunking involves kneeling on a chair, holding a fork between the teeth and trying to drop the fork into an apple

There are many games that can be played on Halloween. Traditional games such as bobbing for apples, costume contests, carving pumpkins, and pin the hat on the witch are a few games that could be played in a gym.
MMORPG games tend to make events which include Halloween. For example, a particular character (avatar) is sent a pumpkin hat or something and the cities are decorated with Halloween themes. I don't think that MMORPGs have games that are based on Halloween because if Halloween has passed, no one would play it. ..... If you get what i mean =D
