I can see why you would think that, but in fact glue is not used. Dentists use a type of bonding cement to fix the brackets onto the rollers. If it's coming loose, don't try and fix it yourself, just call up your dentist and he'll reattach it for you!
They actually dont use glue they use cement!!
Silicone adhesive
Contact your local auto parts store, they will sell you the proper adhesive for your type of vehicle.
i usually use a construction adhesive like PL200. This works well for these kinds of things.
