The highwayman is typically depicted wearing a tricorn hat, which was a popular style during the 18th century. This type of hat has three points and was commonly worn by men during that time period.
Many men did, but obviously not all men did. It was a very popular thing to wear hats during this time period.
One can purchase men's ski hats at retail stores such as Sports Chek, Walmart, Target, Forever 21, American Eagle and Winners. Ski hats are most popular during the winter time.

Sure are! I know they sell Finn hats (it's basically Finns hat on the show), and, at least where I am they (used to. I think they may still have them) sell them at Hot Topic. They also sell Jake hats, that have Jakes face on it. It's kind of one of those hats where there are long strings with pom-pom kind of stuff on the end. I don't know how to describe it, nor do I know where they sell it (which stinks because I want a Jake hat) I do not beleive they have any more hats at this point.
