They can be eaten by Coyotes, Eagles, Rattle snakes, Hawks, Foxes and Wolves.

Prairie dogs are not actual "dogs" so they cannot eat any kind of dog food. The prairie dog is not at all a canine, but a rodent that lives in dry, sandy places.
The red fox is a predator so it eats things like ground-neating birds and small-medium sized mammals. A decrease in the population of these species is a biotic factor influenced by the red fox. I'm not sure about abiotic though. sorry:)
