Yes there is no Jehovah's Witness prohibition on the wearing of jewellry although they strive to be modest in how they present themselves to the the world and are discouraged from making showy or exsessive displays of personal wealth which may detract attention from the message they bring to people in their gospel spreading ministry.

Camouflage clothing is generally associated with armed forces which Witnesses have no part of. Therefore it would seem to me to be something unacceptable to most Witnesses.
