Fashion designing, architecture
depends on your skills , textiles is hard work in year 11 when you make a garment but really fun and art and design is a lot easier and fun to do. Think about what you want to do as a career , if you want to do fashion or interior then textiles would be a better option or if you want to do games design , professional artist etc then art and design. :)
you will need to get a level 7/8 to be a fashion designer! ^what does that mean? and if you are choosing your GCSE'S .. like i am, you are ment to study somekind of art... preferably textiles and a buisness studys. this is what you will have to have to enter into art corses. and apparently you have to have 1 alevel in art or buisness. .. im trying to figure this all out to!
you don't need a good education. just good taste You should probably have Art and Textiles GCSE's and A-levels if you are in the UK. Also you would have to do a fashion degree at university. Hope this helps X
This is just me but i think it is an art. Mostly because in textiles you draw lots and stich and make but in technology that is more of a big machinery job so i would say it is an art
You just need to write an official letter to the textile in question with your intention to get your art into the textiles.
no
You need 5 art GCSE'S, 2 religious education GCSE'S, 9 maths English or science GCSE'S and 20 PE GCSE'S
It was Art
I cut out a sunflower from a piece of cloth, and put it in my picture. If you have some printed fabric on hand I'm sure you could get ideas of how to use it.
