You can request a meeting with the Principal Prosecutor of the office (the prosecutor's boss) and express your concerns. If you feel that they are not receptive, or you don't feel comfortable with the outcome of the meeting, contact the State Attorney General's office in the state capitol.
yes and no it depends what the youngerbrother is doing
No, you can't
making the season 4
If you brother is doing this then tell him that you know what he is doing and you want to help him. He may not admit it right away or want your help but just give him time and keep telling him your worried about him I have a brother who smokes so i know......
The right thing to do is call 911. If you have a lawyer call him/her right away (first even). Wait for law enforcement to arrive and do not make any threatening movements when they do arrive. Running away just makes things worse. Your lawyer will advise you. It obviously depends on the circumstances. A civilian, in the normal course of events, should call the emergency services.
Yes. You can get information from a personal injury lawyer to find out how to go about doing it the right way
Of course the lawyer has the right to ask...and you have the right to refuse.
right to lawyer, speedy trial
Well right now Dylan Sprouse is getting more chubby and his brother is acting kewl unlike him
It is the right of an accused person to be represened in a trial. A lawyer has a duty to represent an accused person unless by doing so he is in conflict and will not be able to effectively discharge his duty.
The simple answer is: It can be, if you did it right, crossed all the "t's" and dotted all the "i"s", but if it is done by a lawyer, it is absolutely right.
That doesn't sound right. Why would you sign a death certificate unless you are a doctor? You may have signed something that said you agree to be the executor of your brother's estate. In that case, you may be responsible for liquidating your brother's assets to pay his outstanding debts. But that would not require you to settle his debts from your own funds. You need some clarification from the lawyer, perhaps even a second opinion from another lawyer. Unless you were business partners, it does not make sense that you would agree to pay your dead brother's debts.
