The viscosity (thickness) is probably shown on the engine oil cap. All the informatoin you need including what label standards to look for will be in your owners manual. That said, any major brand oil (as long as it's the proper viscosity) will work fine. Whether you choose conventional oil or synthetic depends a lot on the kind of use you're putting the car to and the depth of your pocketbook. Cheers
