There is a product by the name of "Lift-Off" that works very well - readily available (Lowe's, Wal-Mart...) rubbing alcohol will take much more effort.

There is no mixture using hydrogen peroxide to clean dark urine stains on a hardwood floor. However, you can dip a rag into hydrogen peroxide and allow it to sit on the stain for about 10 minutes.

With a hot mop, wrung out, and a capful of rubbing alcohol poured on the buildup.
