Generally eggs are measured by weight. When used in cooking they generally dont have a specific measurement instead most recipes will say 2 egg whites etc and in the ingredeiant list will state weather its small,medium or a large egg. If the recipe does actually state specific measurement it will most likely be in in ml, as in add 175ml of egg white.
