How is technology different from science?

Science is science itself. Technology is using that science to design and build things. Same with engineering, you use science to design that steam engine.

What is the relationship between science and technology?

Science discovers fundamental information about how the universe works (i.e. the natural phenomena).Engineering invents practical devices and systems using the knowledge learned by scienceTechnology is the accumulated collection of the productsof engineering that can be used to solve problems and perform useful tasks. A technology is not just the tools, but also the knowledge of how to make them as well as the infrastructure needed to support both their production and usage.Stone tools, houses, boats, computers, plastics, nuclear power plants, and clothes are examples of technology; in order to make any of them, it is necessary to know a lot of fundamental science.Science sets the stage for engineering which sets the stage for technology, which provides our useful tools without which modern humans could not live. There would be no laptops or any other tool we use without the fundamental discoveries of science.

Why is science and technology important in life?

look at anything you have. there's about a 99% chance that without science and technology it would not exist. The computer you are on to ask this question, the medicine the doctor prescribes when you're sick, the materials used to build your house, and even the tap water you drink are all created with science. Technology is simply the practical application of science.

How science is connected to technology?

In theory, science and technology are separable. It would be possible to possess scientific knowledge without using it to build anything. In practice, the main result of scientific knowledge is that it allows people to create technology. Technology, in turn, becomes a tool for the advancement of science. So in effect the two are inseparable.

Did technology exist without science?

In a sense, yes. If science is having a mental model of why things work, you don't need that to build or use something, though obviously scientific thinking really moved technology forward.

Can you depreciate a website design?

Do you mean depreciate or deprecate? To depreciate a cost of the website design, I would split the design and build cost over the expected useful life of the site - maybe 3 years.
