The tutu type skirt is tulle. it doesnt necessarily have to be a pallet (the kind that stick flat out) type, it can be layed down.

Dnacers on track for proffessional ballet career also attend a proffessional ballet school that is linked to a proffesional ballet company by age 15, however they've had many years with a pre-proffessional ballet school before that.
