The spark plugs are 100,000 mile plugs. You need o replace them with platinum plugs, then remove the throttle body and idle speed motor then clean them and reassemble it. There are no spark plug wires on the 3.5L engine.
the transmission depends on the model you have but they ionly made one engine for the tercel its a 5 manual 4 manual or auto mostly 4 speed manuals some have 5 and you can swap a 5 from a paseolook me up on you tube THA REAPER 94 tercel
there are 2 spark plugs per cylinder, that along with 3 valves per cylinder, and a 5 speed trans which were designed primarily to accommodate the EPA's smog rules.
