None. You can start out in astronomy with a relatively small telescope, and no licenses are required.
Not if you go to state parks.
A BS in science (Physics/Math) is minimum, an MS in Astronomy or a PHd in Astronomy is even better.

Astronomy is not a 'school' subject. you would need to go to a university to specialise in astronomy.
You don't "need it". Perhaps you are referring to a special use of the network of some kind?
I want to work with the children with disablity...so please let me know if I need some special kind of education.....
You don't "need" any school for astronomy. However, if you want to be seriously considered for any jobs in the field, you should minimally get a bachelor's degree.
there are many different paths towards astronomy, undergrad degrees in physics, math, astronomy, astrophysics, chemistry, geology, computer science etc. can all lead to astronomy. If you want to be a research astronomer you will need a Ph.D and possibly 1 or 2 post-docs. astronomers are not in high demand because there are so few positions so you need a lot of education to break into the field.
