Seals are basically expected to become experts in the use of small arms and explosives. However before you can begin the real SEALs training you have to pass BUDS (Basic Underwater Demolition / SEAL) at the Navy Special Warfare Center in Coronado,CA. If you happen to survive that it's 7 weeks of fitness training, 8 weeks of diving training, 9 weeks of Land Warfare Training and 3 weeks of basic parachute training. Navy seals have years of training in various fighting techniques and weapon skills. Sumo wrestlers train to maintain their body weight and to keep balance. So it's kind of like asking "who would win? a guy with a gun, or a guy with body fat?" I'll let you decide on that one.
The math used by Navy Seals looks like any other math however it is used in life or death situations. Seals must use math to calculate arrival and departure times as well as the drop on their bullets.
? Drowning!? No. If drowning was a requirement every buds candidate would die in training! Navy seals conduct DROWN PROOFING as part of their training aswell as a 50 m underwater swim which has resulted in many people passing out underwater over the years. However passing out underwater in either of these evolutions will not result in drowning! There are always experienced instructors on standby to make sure that kind of thing doesn't happen.

None. You only have to have a High School diploma to join the Navy. You can then apply to Basic Underwater Demolition School (BUDS). If you pass that you will be awarded the SEAL trident pin and will go onto SEAL school and various Special Ops training. The only SEALS that have degree's are usually Commissioned Officers who had to graduate college to earn a commission. I'm sure there are some Enlisted persons with degree's but this is usually not the case as they are busy with SEAL training and missions for most of their career. See NavySeal.com for more info.
