Yes it will if you have the motor mounts and frame supports for the 305/350 and the bell housing for the 305/350 it will fit right in. I have allready done it
either 170hp or 200-230hp depending on transmission and exuast choices.

Just an educated guess, but I believe all 1992 305 Camaro's had TBI (Throttle body Injection), the 1989 Firebird 305 does not, other then that I don't know of any difference unless you have a more specific question...
