You don't use it, such times when people feel over-stressed are in-need of a big relaxation time for themselves. The best thing to do is drink some water, and perhaps lay back in some sort of comfortable chair that you're comfortable with. Once you feel a bit better, or relaxed to an extent you can get back to work.
