With non-stick cookware you really need to use plastic utensils that will not scratch the surface. Stainless steel however, is not as easily scratchable as it does not have the non-stick coating. That said, whatever utensils you do use, do not dig too hard into the pan as you may scrape into the surface and end up with metals in your food.

because of all the grease that gets on it, it needs to clean so they used STAINLESS steel and also beause we use cutlery to eat so it always has to be looking cleaning or else if they used steel it self you may be affected with chemicals or sorts of kind thats another reason why we used STAINLESS.

To manufacture the stainless steel copper bottom utensils with 3% of copper deposit at the bottom of utensil & the grade of stainless steel is J -5 of 22 gauge. What would be the manufacturing cost per kg ?
