It depends on your hair type. A good overall shampoo is Aveda. Go to their site, or the shop at Eaton Center, and you will learn a lot about your hair. At the shop they serve you tea, to show they only use natural ingredients. They leave your hair fresh and shiny (not greasy). It is very nice, a smaller bottle is around $24 and a larger is $50. If you are a member, you get 50% off (i think) on your birthday. I would recommend Aveda.
