There are many great flush mount ceiling light brands. Some of the best brands that have received the best reviews are Kichler, Livex, Savannah, and Craftmade.
I do not have a lot of experience with this kind of lighting because it seems to be used in older homes that focus on recreating an antique look and feel in the home. It would be appropriate for a homeowner that is interested in lighting fixtures that are not available in chain home improvement stores.
There are several to choose from. You can begin by going to livexlightinglights.com and shop them directly. They are also available through lightingdirect.com, lightinguniverse.com or lightingshowplace.com and search there.
The Internet has several penny auction sites that have really good deals on all kinds of home improvement products. Major retailers such as Home Depot and Menards can provide lights for pretty reasonable prices.
Absolutely. Just select your amps as "Custom" in the setup wizard. If you're using a matched / tuned system like the QSC K, JBL PRX or EV LIVEX you may want to experiment with using OUTS 1 & 2 to your tops and allowing the factory crossovers that are built in to the speakers to feed the subs. Compare that with running your tops in OUTS 1 & 2 and your subs in OUTS 3 & 4. I've had good results both ways. Be prepared to adjust volumes in your tops or subs for best results. In the end, your ears won't lie.
