If you want a HUGE fish then here are the steps. On a boat.. 1.Throw your line. 2.Make sure you have bait on your hook. 3.Wait for a fish to bite. (The best place to stop your boat is in the middle of the lake.) 4.If a fish bites then make sure you have a good grip on the rod. Just keep moving the rod until you tire the fish out enough. When you tire the fish out then reel it in but chances are it will still try to get away so pull and reel at the same time. 5.When you finally reel it in then decide if you want to to it home or throw it back in. 2 tips: 1. Never fish from a canoe. 2. HUGE fish LOVE little fish and worms. Now if you are fishing on the shore then 1.Throw the rod as FAR as you can. 2.Wait for a fish to bite. 3.When a HUGE fish bites then start tiring the fish out but don't reel it in pull the rod as hard as you can and if the fish comes out of the water and lands on the shore then chances are you caught an average fish. If it was a HUGE fish on the line it wouldn't let you pull it out like that. Sorry about this but if your on the shore you can only catch a fish raging from tiny to big. You cant catch a HUGE fish from the shore.
