Quran was revealed by God (Allah) in Arabic to prophet Muhammad through the Angel Gabriel (jibril). That is why the Arabic text of Quran is the original Quran and reflects the real words of God without single letter change. As no one on earth can translate exactly God words into other languages, all foreign language Quran translations are called 'Quran meaning translation into (eg English, or French, or....)'.
