The Mojave people speak English.
Historically they spoke the Mojave language, which was banned for awhile in the early 20th Century, when children were forced into boarding schools and forbidden to speak it. Even visiting parents were forbidden to speak it with their children. Today less than 100 people can speak it.
The Manhasset indians spoke the Munsee and Unami languages.
