This is a religion that isn't mostly based in one country. Although the majority of Christians speak English, there's many people that live all around the world that are Christian. There's also several different branches off of being just Christian; baptist, catholic, Methodist, and many others.
Christians do not necessarily have one language. Christians are, of course, found all over the world. (I.e., a Christian in China most likely speaks Chinese) However, the "Church" language is Latin. By Church language, I mean that it is the most popular and frequently used, especially by leaders of the Church. Whenever the Roman Missal (procedure for Mass) is revised, it is originally written in Latin. You would find that when a pope is celebrating Mass, he usually speaks in Latin.
