Operational planning involves day-to-day activities. Strategic planning is the process of developing a strategy that will govern operational plans for the organization.
Leadership aspiration refers to the desire or ambition to hold leadership positions and to lead others effectively. It involves setting goals, developing necessary skills, and working towards becoming a successful leader who inspires and motivates others. People with leadership aspiration often seek opportunities for growth, learning, and advancement in their leadership roles.
This leadership style is known as laissez-faire leadership. Leaders provide minimal guidance to their subordinates and allow them to take initiative and make decisions within established boundaries. This approach can be effective in empowering employees and fostering creativity, but may also lead to issues if not enough guidance or support is provided.

Indirect leadership involves guidance by the leader and participation by the group, resulting in a rapid transfer of leadership. Guidance, participation, and transfer of leadership become important concepts for the planter. In indirect leadership, the spotlight beams on the participants and the authority is the Word of God. The leader does not need to give sermonettes at every point; rather he lets the Scripture speak. The more the people are involved, the more they will learn and retain. The simple Bible study method which I have used and many are using around the world allows the people to read, hear, think, speak, and write. The leader is very much in control, but he can be in control without speaking all the time.

There are several leadership styles, each with its unique approach to guiding and motivating teams. Autocratic leadership involves making decisions independently, while democratic leaders involve team members in decision-making. Laissez-faire leaders provide autonomy to team members, and situational leaders adapt their style to specific situations. Charismatic leaders use their personal charisma to influence others. The choice of leadership style depends on the situation, organizational culture, and individual leadership preferences.
Visionary leadership involves having a clear and inspirational vision for the future that motivates others to work towards a common goal. Visionary leaders are able to communicate their vision effectively, inspire others, and make strategic decisions to bring that vision to reality. They often think outside the box and challenge the status quo to drive organizational success.
