Gideon v. Wainright 372 U.S. 335 confirmed the right's of an indigent defendant in any criminal trial to have an attorney appointed to represent him. Prior to Gideon, attorneys were only appointed to indigent defendants charged with capital crimes.

It is not legal not to be read your rights if you are arrested. Your attorney should be able to advise you on what you can do about this and how to proceed.
Because every human is born with god given rights. They have the rights that were given to then by god and can not be taken away by people and used as property. Every person has freedom and rights.
