First after you beat Candice, you go to the Mt. Corneret and climb up to spere pillar where you and your friend will battle Mars and Jupiter and if you deafeat them you battle Cyrus and if you win battle PALKIA and catch it or deafeat it.
Then later in the game after you beat all 8 gyms you go to The spring path in between pastoria and veilstone. then you battle GIRATINA there either catchit or deafeat it.
