What are the legendary Pokemon you can get in Pokemon diamond without mystery gift?

I have a Pokemon Sapphire Game and i have Box 14 renamed Legendaries. in it i have all legendaries you can catch: Kyogre, Latios, Latias, Rayquaza, Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Jirachi, Deoxys. im still working on Groudon. you can trade with Pokemon emerald for Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebi, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Mew, Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres.

you can get: Dialga, Rotom, Heatran, Giratina, Cressilia, you can only get Regigas after you migrate all the regis onto diamond then go to snowpoint temple you can only get arceus if you get a mystery gift from Pokemon Battle Revolution on a Wii and get an Azure Flute

u can get giratina at lv 47, palkia and dialga lv 70 (easy to catch), mespirit, azelf and uxie at lv 50 (mespirit runs on first turn), zapdos moltres and arcticuno at lv 60 (they run two), cresselia lv 50 (runs), heatran lv 50.

then u have the event Pokemon which are darkrai lv 50, shaymin lv 30, and arceus lv 80 ( the god of all Pokemon!)

and i think there is an event where u can get a jirachi but I'm not sure.

If you live in the UK an Arceus event is going on at GAME stores nationwide. A Lv. 100 Arceus will be delivered by the deliveryman in any Poke Mart. The deliveryman is unlocked after one of your Pokemon reaches Lv. 50.
