The expressions relate to the shape of the surfaces of the lens. Concave means that the surface is like the inside of a sphere, convex means that it looks like the outside surface of a sphere. A lens has two surfaces. Most often the spectacle lens are bent away from the eye: the nearer surface is concave and the outside surface is convex.
it is convex lens ;)
Two basic kinds of lenses are the concave lens and the convex lens.
Reflecting TelescopeA reflecting telescope uses a lens and two mirrors. The lens is positioned at the eyepiece, and thus the focus, which the two mirrors generated by specifically redirected light. There are two types of reflecting telescopes with one lens and two mirrors, the Newtonian Focus and the Cassegrain Focus.
A wave front is an imaginary surface corresponding to the points of a wave that vibrate in unison. The can be of three types namely spherical, cylindrical or plane.

The eye can be broken down into two chambers. The anterior chamber is the area between the cornea (the clear, front surface of the eye) to the lens. It contains the watery aqueous humour. The posterior chamber is the area from the back of the lens to the retina. This contains the jelly-like vitreous humour.
The bulbs are replaceable behind the lens, so the lens (two screws for the front and 4 for the back) must be removed to change the bulbs.
The lens comes off. There's two indentations opposite the switch, on the front edge of the lens. Use a small flat bladed screw driver to remove the lens.

Two numbers, such as 4x32, indicate the magnification (4 times) and the size of the front (objective) lens- 32 mm. A bigger lens is usually brighter. Three numbers, such as 6-24x42 or 6x24x42 will indicate a variable power scope- from 6 to 24 power, with a 42mm front lens.

remove the two light lens be careful not to break them. then remove the two torx screws behind the lens. give a slight pull down on the front of the console to remove the two clips and you are done.
The focal length of the lens and the distance between the lens and the object.
