The Warfare Designation letters for those like myself who are or have been Qualified in Submarines is "SS". For example, my own rate/rank is STS1(SS), which stands for "Sonar Technician, Submarines, First Class(Submersible Ships)"
Generally, specialty officers (officers who aren't Line Officers, such as Doctors or Pork Chops (Supply Officers)) are titled with their particular specialty as letters after their rank and name. For example, a Supply Lt. named Donald Mason, who is Qualified in Submarines, would be:
Lt. Donald Mason, SO(SS) - where "SO" denotes Supply Officer, and SS is Submersible Ships, or Qualified in Submarines.
Specialty officers also wear insignia denoting their particular area of expertise on their collar along with their rank insignia. For example, Line Officers wear rank insignia on both collars (a Lt. would wear railroad tracks on both sides) but an SO would wear Lt. bars on one side and the Supply Corps insignia on the other collar.

The Electrical Officer reports to the Chief Engineer. They are responsible for the electrical systems of the submarine. That will include the power supplies, batteries, and internal communications.
In the U.S., police officers benefit from qualified immunity if their actions in the course of their public employment are objectively reasonable to an officer with the same or similar training and experience. Qualified immunity protects an officer's personal assets. Qualified immunity does not protect the public agency that employs the officer. Without such an immunity, police officers would be constantly defending themselves and their personal assets from civil actions (many of them frivolous) brought by arrested individuals, their families, and activist groups who seek to discourage law enforcement officials from performing their duties. Qualified immunity is not automatic. If an officer acts in a way that is not objectively reasonable, s/he is still subject to civil suits.
Could be any MOS. They pretty much run officers through jump school for funsies. Officers might serve in one branch, but actually have to perform in another (e.g., a serving infantry officer who was actually qualified as an armor officer). So those qualifications don't make them specific to any MOS.
Yes, you have to be qualified to be employed as a law enforcement officer. All SWAT officers are certified law enforcement.
Depends on which Navy, rank of officer and time served. Royal Navy Submarine Warefare Officers starting salery (once they have qualified and are serving onboard) is around £40,000 a year.
