There was no christian church in Jesus' lifetime. We know of no writings, at all, that Jesus might have done.
Local churches that were established after Jesus's death.
The letters to the seven churches are millennial in scope. Although they were addressed to seven individual physical churches that no longer exist, the letters were also about all churches in general and about all of us as individuals. Seven times in the seven letters, Jesus says (through John) "I know your works." In other words Jesus is emphasizing "works" in these letters. In Revelation 2:26 He says, "He that overcometh and keepeth my works to the very end, I will give power over the nations." Jesus is talking about the millennial kingdom and a special kind of work that a believer must do. He is talking about the things that are done by the Holy Spirit through us. He is not referring to the works of the flesh, but to the works of the Spirit.
Sacred Heart of Jesus Churches was created in 1853.
Churches of Jesus Christ International was created in 1927.
The New Testament epistles (letters) were written to churches in the cities or regions of Rome, Corinth, Galatia, Ephesus, Philippi, Colossae and Thessalonica. Revelation chapters 2 and 3 also relate letters Jesus had John write to specific "churches," though it is less certain whether these were literal churches or symbolic of situations within congregations of the first-century church in general.
Luke was one of Jesus' disciples whom was very close to Him. Luke also wrote letters to different churches on behalf of the Gospel.
The letters IHS are not unique to the Lutheran denomination. One of the symbols for Jesus is the "IHS", because the first three letters I, H and S, help form Jesus's name in the Greek language.
Paul, who was formerly called Saul. He was from Tarsus. He wrote 13 letters to different churches; those letters are called epistles.

The fourteen Epistles of St. Paul are called after the group or person to whom they were addressed. The remaining seven are called by the name of the author.
