You can't find water in levels. The only way you can get water is by purchasing the Pirates of the Carribean pack at the little big store. Then you get unlimited amounts of water so you can happily make your levels. You can buy a lot of different materials at the little big store but you need to be signed in online in order to get into the little big store...
