You really need to improve yourself, like being in a level 50- rank. The volcano island was also unlocked for everyone on December. To travel, go to the beach (just near the miscrian scholar) then just go straight on the bridge, talk to the boat captain or just simply click the boat... then facebook will change the app miscrits: sunfall kingdom to miscrits: volcano island! :)
