In Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum you need to have Buneary's Friendship full.
You can check to see how much Buneary likes you by using the app on the Poketch. It is the one where all of the Pokemon in your party are floating everywhere and you touch and hold your Buneary on the screen and when two hearts appear and grow bigger Buneary is at Friendship. This means the next time it levels up it will evolve.

my buneary evolved on level 31 but it might evolve when its happiness is maxed out. if you have a poketch then go to eterna city and go to the Pokemon center and talk to the girl with the pink and green clothes on she will give you a new app and then it will look like all you Pokemon is floating around in you poketch so hold your buneary still for a few seconds and if your buneary has two BIG hearts then maybe on the next level it will evolve into a loppuny but it has to be maxed out it will MAYBE evolve on level 31 like mine remember IM TALKING about Pokemon PLATINUM so all the other Pokemon games that you asked about I HAVE NO IDEA

∙ 11y agoIt evolves by happiness and high friendship. Take it every day to that place where you can massage your pokemon so it can evolve faster. Make It battle wild or battle Pokemon trainers, with OUT fainting. It may take a while to make your Pokemon evolve same as I did. I hope this helps you!!

∙ 14y agoIt doesn't actually evolve at a particular lvl. You basically just have to try to make it as happy as possible and when it lvls up when it is extremely happy it will evolve.

∙ 13y agoIt doesn't evolve at any specific level. All you have to do is make it happy, Maybe with your poke-walker or battling (NO EXP SHARE) once it happiness reaches max, in 1 level it will evolve

Staravia evolves into Staraptor at level 34. If yours is past that level make sure it's not holding an item that stops evolution. (Everstone). To evolve Buneary, you have to have a good friendship with it. Feed it poffins, walk around a lot with it first in your party, and try not to let it faint. If your Buneary is happy with you it will then evolve.
