It is on a decent amount of routes in which it is present, but the chance of coming across a wild on is pretty low. You can trade for one though, in-game.
emolga will not evolve.
Emolga doesn't evolve.
Well, What I know is that if you watch the grass sometimes they will shake in certain places. That means that there is a rare Pokemon in them. It you may have a chance to run into Emolga. Just keep on looking until you find it.
ice or rock type Pokemon
There's blitzle and zebstrika, tynamo, eelekrik and eelektross, joltik and galvantula, emolga, and finally, stunfisk.
Axew, Excadrill, Dragonite and Emolga.
Elesa is one of the hadest gym leaders to beat. I recommend trading to get a vanilite, and try catching a leipard. The emolga do massive damage against all the starter pokemon, so save them for zebstrika.
Emolga does not evolve. I played Pokemon White also and it does not evolve. Some Pokemon do but this one does not evolve.
I'm sorry to tell you this but they (Emolga) do not evolve.
