∙ 13y agogive it a razor claw to hold and then trade it to get a weavile but if u hav hg ss/diamond pearl or any other games exept 4 platinum then its gonna be hard to give it the move ice punch because in platinum only need a few blu and red shards to give sneasel or weavile ice punch and the other games its gonna be hard but in diamond and pearl no one can tutor them ice punch and also ice punch is a really good move 4 them.....

∙ 6y agoSneasel doesn't evolve through leveling alone. You'll need to make it hold a Razor Claw and level it up at Night. It'll evolve.
