It depends on the specific occupational title within physiology. I could relate to a medical doctor, or a scientist within the biological sciences, etc. It is a broad field from which many specialties fall.

The minimum education level to become a hair stylist is a high school education. Then, beauty school to become a licensed cosmetologist.
Subjects typically required in athletic training educational programs include anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, injury evaluation and assessment, therapeutic modalities, and therapeutic exercise. Students also often study pharmacology, psychology, and ethics as part of their training.
This depends solely on what college you are attending. You will first want to make sure that they even offer exercise physiology. I am not sure that you can get a PhD in it though. If you are not in college yet, call the college you want to attend and ask about their program for exercise physiology and ask them about how you would go about majoring in it and what the highest level of education that they offer in exercise physiology would happen to be.
Shippers usually have little or no extra education. It is not a requirement that you have a college degree to become a shipper.

The education level required for most good marketing and advertising management jobs is a Batchelor's Degree. At a lower level many agencies will provide in-house training for new employees with a good basic education.
Being an optometrist requires a high level of education. After finishing a bachelor's degree, it then requires an advanced degree such as an M.D.
For the associates degree, the anatomy and physiology, and the microbiology are required.
