You don't have to be a certain level you just have to beat marleybone by defeating meowarity. But i would prefer being level 39 or 40. In wizard 101 I am level 56 school of fire. My name is Samuel Dayflame.

Malistare is hiding in DragonSpyre or DS for short. In DS he is in a place called the great Spyre. That is at he end of the storyline of DS I believe. After that now you can go to Celestia! Oh by the way try to be lvl 50 before going to Celestia. The reason is if you are you don't have to wait to buy a sword. A sword where it does damage to opponent.
