orangutans do not know how to drive a bus
To jump-start a minibus, first ensure both vehicles are turned off and in park or neutral. Locate the batteries and identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals. Connect the red jumper cable to the positive terminal of the dead battery, then to the positive terminal of the good battery. Next, attach the black cable to the negative terminal of the good battery and the other end to an unpainted metal surface on the dead vehicle (not the battery). Start the working vehicle, then the minibus. Let it run for a few minutes, then carefully remove the cables in reverse order.
A bus is front wheel drive.
Typically for a new bus, one would have to purchase directly from the manufacturer. However, if one is willing to purchase a used mini bus there are several websites that sell them, such as Sawyer's Bus Sales, Creative Bus Sales, and Bargain Bus News.
If the bus has seatbelts on it (for ex. a charter bus) then yes, you are required to wear a seatbelt. If you are referring to a school bus, then no, seatbelts are not required.
A CDL is not required until the capacity of the bus is greater than 15 people (including the driver).
