Dewars
Recently it is reported that they have found water on the moon.
it was recently found in the area known as "Leteralicial" it is a crater that held water.. -Dr. Retanolini
no there was no lava or water That was originally believed to be true, but quite recently some water has been found present in rocks on the mood. However there is no lava, as the moon does not have a hot central core.
water has never been found on mars you might mean the moon. Edit: Water has been found as ice, but not liquid. Sorry I don't know the year.

Liquid water
None. But tiny amounts of water bound chemically to the moonrock has been found. But since the mineral is not a liquid, that doesn't count as an answer to your question.
Twilight, New Moon
Liquid water
Titan is the largest moon of Saturn, the only moon known to have a dense atmosphere and the only object other than Earth for which clear evidence of stable bodies of surface liquid has been found.
No.
Yes, sort of. Not LIQUID water, which would be pretty spectacular, but ice - probably in the form of frost - in the shadowed bottoms of craters near the south pole of the Moon. There's reason to believe that ice and frost is also present in similar craters near the north pole of the Moon, but this has not yet been demonstrated.
