However, if you plan on staying in nearby Tusayan from mid-May to mid-September you will have access to the park's free park and ride service that connects Tusayan to the Grand Canyon National Park. Once inside the park you can board a free shuttle to get from one point of interest to another. Guests staying inside the Grand Canyon National Park have access to the shuttle service from their lodges. There are several places for lodging near the Grand Canyon. Some of the Grand Canyon tour companies do offer a shuttle service to and from.
