Their dominance over the much of North American colonies. The British were one of the strongest countries in the world at that time, basically.
Not hiring the Indians. The Indians knew their land alot more than anybody else. they had lived here for centuries. Their fighting techniques where more gorilla, (as are most militaries today) at the time the British still fought face to face with rows upon rows of men. They were an easy target and inexperienced with the terrain. The French hired the locals (the Indians) and it paid off. (Chnchila)
Fur Trade Contributed to the French and Indian war because the English competed with the French for furs. The British had to be jack**** and got mad because the stupid French made more money from the Indians.
it was made in 1834 by the british and the french.
Indians were under the control of the British . we worked under them as a slave.
The French trappers and traders that they had dealt with had treated them with honor, fairness and dignity. This had not been the case with the early British colonists who were more inclined to "shoot first and ask questions later."
The hope for gems and minerals was most likely the reason that the French and British made alliances with Native Americans in the early 1700s. The French and British hoped to enslave them if needed.
The French colonies were less of a threat than British colonizers. The French had mostly small outposts of trappers and traders. The British colonies had exploded in population since their establishment and were clearly looking to expand into lands that the Native Americans currently occupied. The style of British colonies did not have any place for Native Americans. This was clear when the British commander in charge of fighting the French, General Braddock, was asked by Shingas (a local leader of the Delaware Indians) whether the tribes who allied with Britain would be allowed to live and trade with the English and have land of their own. General Braddock replied that "No Savage Should Inherit the Land"

The French enjoyed support from some of the native Americans because they'd cultivated their friendship. Then, as now, powerful nations tried to win allies. It would have been impossible to be friends with all the Indians because the Indians weren't all friends with each other. The most powerful confederacy was the League of the Iroqouis, consisting of the Mohawk, the Cayuga, the Oneida, the Onondaga and the Seneca (and later, the Tuscarora). The British curried its favor; the French made overtures to most of the rest.
